Rules and Policies
Locations:
You can go to our Mountain Brook or Homewood studio, whichever works best for you!
Class Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your class up to 2 hours before start time without any penalty. However, for 5:00 AM and 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM the night before. There is a $8 late-cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee:
If you miss a reserved class without canceling, there is an $8 no-show fee.
Membership Cancellation:
Our month-to-month memberships have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you'd like to cancel, simply submit your cancellation request and you will have one final charge within the next 30 days. If you want to exit your 6 month contract, members must pay 50% of the remaining balance of the 6 month contract.
No Kids:
Kids are not allowed to be in the workout space or lobby at any time.
Shower Usage:
Please limit your shower usage to 10 minutes as a curtesy to other members.
