Rules and Policies
Locations:
You can go to our Mountain Brook or Homewood studio, whichever works best for you!
Class Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel your class up to 2 hours before start time without any penalty. However, for 5:00 AM and 6:15 AM classes, cancellations must be made by 8:00 PM the night before. There is a $8 late-cancellation fee.
No-Show Fee:
If you miss a reserved class without canceling, there is an $8 no-show fee.
Membership Cancellation:
Our month-to-month memberships have a 30-day cancellation policy. If you'd like to cancel, simply submit your cancellation request and you will have one final charge within the next 30 days.
No Kids:
Kids are not allowed to be in the workout space during class.
Shower Usage:
Please limit your shower usage to 10 minutes.
