1. Membership Agreement
By purchasing a membership, class pack, or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Memberships are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
The gym reserves the right to refuse service or terminate membership for violation of policies.
2. Eligibility & Health Responsibility
Members must be 18 years or older, or have a parent/guardian sign a waiver.
Members confirm they are physically able to participate in fitness activities.
The gym is not responsible for medical conditions aggravated by exercise.
Members are advised to consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
3. Assumption of Risk
Fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
Muscle strain
Injury
Illness
Equipment misuse
By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown.
4. Waiver & Release of Liability
Members release and hold harmless the gym, its owners, trainers, employees, and affiliates from:
Injuries
Accidents
Illness
Property loss
This applies whether injuries occur on-site, off-site, or during virtual sessions.
5. Payments & Billing
All fees are clearly stated at signup.
Memberships may be billed monthly or annually.
Late or declined payments may result in:
Temporary suspension
Late fees
Prices are subject to change with advance notice.
6. Facility Rules & Conduct
Members agree to:
Follow staff instructions
Use equipment properly
Respect other members
Wear appropriate attire
Re-rack weights and clean equipment
The gym may terminate access for:
Harassment
Unsafe behavior
Damage to property
7. Photography & Media Consent
The gym may take photos/videos for marketing purposes.
Members may opt out by providing written notice.
8. Personal Property
The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
Lockers are provided for convenience only.
9. Text Messaging & SMS Consent (Business Identity)
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from X4 FIT related to class scheduling, intro session reminders, and gym updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply “N” to cancel or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
10. Opt-out & Support Mechanisms
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying “N” to our messages. After you send “N”, you will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. Once unsubscribed, you will no longer receive SMS messages from X4.
If you wish to rejoin the messaging program, you may sign up again through the original opt-in method, and SMS messages will resume.

11. Carrier Liability
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages.
12. Message Frequency & Rates
Message and data rates may apply. You can expect to receive approximately 2–3 messages per week. For questions regarding your text or data plan, please contact your wireless carrier directly.
13. Privacy Policy
Personal information is handled according to the gym’s Private Policy.
Information is not sold to third parties.
14. Changes to Terms
The gym may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the facility constitutes acceptance of changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State where the gym operates.
