X4 is a full-body, interval workout for all fitness levels built on 4 crucial fitness elements:

Classic

Classic
Combines lifting, sprint work, endurance, and core/accessory movements. Members can expect this to be a full-body workout

Strength

Strength
Slows things down to focus on resistance training through heavy weights. These classes are meant to challenge you and build strength.

Burn

Burn
Starts and ends with intervals on all machines with high effort, lightweights, and bodyweight movements. Expect to test your endurance limits, burn the most calories, and leave VERY sweaty.

Flex

Flex
Upper body and core-focused, designed to push you through higher reps and burnout sets. If you’re looking to build muscle definition, this is the class for you.

Sprint

Sprint
Fast-paced and focused on explosive movements. These classes are designed to race against the clock through a series of high-effort sprint-style blocks

Gauntlet

Gauntlet
The most hype class that occurs once a month. Members can expect to test themselves in shorter time frames that end with a max effort sprint.
